The reception is open from Monday to Friday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. On Saturdays, we are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Arrival is possible from 3 pm. Your key will be deposited for you if the reception is no longer occupied. An earlier arrival is also possible on request and depending on availability.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the flat by 10 am. In our digital guest directory, you find a lot of useful information for your arrival and stay with us!

Of course! Please just let us know in advance. We will deposit the key for you and take care of all formalities the following day.

On request, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair free of charge. Please let us know before your stay.

We would be delighted to welcome your furry friend on request (and subject to availability). You and your pet will find your temporary home in selected apartments. Please let us know in advance if your pet will be accompanying you to the Eifel region or select "dogs welcome" at the booking page.

Yes, our guests love the small sauna world, the relaxation area, and especially the fitness area. Please tell us if you like to use the sauna.

In addition to relaxation in the sauna and workouts in the fitness room, you can look forward to a mini-library, DVD rental, parking directly at the Ferienpark, a playroom with small library, foosball, and table tennis, a bike cellar, and caring staff who are always ready to help.

No! With us everything you need is available. The beds are freshly made and towels are available.

Yes! The final cleaning of the apartment is already included in the price.

Of course! A lockable bicycle cellar and tools are at your disposal free of charge.

There is no lift. We will be happy to accommodate your request for few steps or a ground floor flat. Let us know in good time or choose "lower floor" or "ground floor" when booking.

Yes! In our washing facility, you can wash and dry your clothes free of charge. We also provide complimentary laundry detergent.
